SUBJECT:- UNFAIR MEANS CASE IN THE EXAMINATION OF THE SEMESTER
                    SPRING 2012

                       I am directed to inform that an unfair means case was registered against you on the charge “ Un-authorized Change of Exam Centre ” in semester Spring 2012. On the recommendation of the committee duly approved by the Competent Authority on 29-05-2013, the said unfair means case has been decided as per detail given below:

SCRIPT CANCELLED & ALLOWED TO RE-APPEAR IN THE NEXT EXAMS, IF OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE

                      In case you are not satisfied with the decision, you may file appeal against the aforesaid decision to the Convener, Appellate Committee/Controller of Examination, Main Campus, Allama Iqbal Open University, Sector H-8, Islamabad within 45 days of the issue of this letter . In case of appeal, you may be required to appear, in person, before the Appellate Committee at main Campus, AIOU, Islamabad , at your own expense .
