SUBJECT:- UNFAIR MEANS IN THE EXAM CENTRE(S)-NON PRODUCTION OF IDENTITY

It has been reported by the Center Superintendent of Allama Iqbal Open University Examination Center that you have not proved your identity and entered in the exam centre without proper indentification, an Unfair Means Case has been registered against you during the final examination. The charge reported/leveled against you is an offence under clause (6-a) of Allama Iqbal Open University Examination Regulations:

Your reply/explanation, should reach to the Addl. Controller-I, Examination Department, Block No.03, Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad under a registered cover within a week after receipt of this letter failing which ex-parte decision will be taken against you and no claim, at a later stage, on your part, not having been given a chance to defend yourself, shall be entertained. Moreover,you are advised to attach attested photocopy of your ID card/B Form and also enclose a copy of this letter in your reply.
