Admission will not be granted if the admission form is incomplete in any respect (e.g. unattested photocopies of certificates attached, partial information given etc.)

Admssion will not be granted if the form or fee is deposited other than the procedure mentioned in the prospectus.

Photocopy of admission form is not acceptable.

Candidates are advised to write their address clearly and in a legible handwriting. University reserves the right not to grant admission in case of postal address given with P.O. Box number or in the care of someone other than candidate's name.

In case the books are not received/non-receipt of books, students are advised to contact the admission section by sending

copy of their admission form and proof of fee deposited by 15 July for the Spring Semester and by 15 January for the Autumn Semester.After the due dates, the university will not be responsible for granting admission to that specific semester.

Paste two pictures on the admission form. Do not staple.

Information given in the admission form for Spring/Autumn semesters is true to my knowledge. I have studied/read all the rules and conditions thoroughly before filling in the admission form.

I will abide by the university rules amended/made from time to time.

In case of litigation, I will file my appeal in the courts of Rawalpindi and Islamabad only.

My admission is provisional and the university reserves the right to cancel my admission and confiscate my dues if information given by me is wrong.

In case of admission to two programmmes at a time, the university is authorized to cancel admission of the fresh programme and confiscate the fee as per rules.
