Instruction for Printing Online Admission Form :

          This Admission form consists of three (02) pages. To print this form please set the page setting to           following parameters.

                            i. Goto File Menu-> Page Setup -> Margins
                                       Left = 0.1 , Right = 0.1, Top = 0.1, Bottom = 0.1

                           ii. Please remove Header and Footer

If you have completed the above mentioned settings, please click the button below and
print Online Admission Form.
